Introducing Max Severin, aka Tristan Thorn (Stardust)
Previous Name: Tristan Thorn
Myth: Stardust
Past Life Information: Tristan was so over the moon for this woman named Victoria that he told her he would get her a shooting star as a token of his love. I know, right? Luckily, he had access to the kingdom of Stormhold, where magic happens, because his mother was a citizen, and she had left him a Babylon candle. He knocks a star from the sky -- a woman named Yvaine, turns out -- and takes her captive, but obviously everything got a lot more complicated, with witches and danger and princely goings-on. Obviously, Tristan and Yvaine fell in love. Obviously, Tristan was revealed as the last prince of Stormhold. Obviously, Tristan and Yvaine ruled Stormhold as King and Queen for 80 years. And obviously, perfectly, they used a Babylon Candle to take to the sky, forever living as twin stars. Love, right? I have something in my eye.

Personality: Tristan is a big dumb romantic and you've gotta love him for it. He'll do anything for people he loves, and yes, he's sometimes a doormat for them, but he doesn't really care. It's all for love. He sometimes suffers from a lack of self-confidence, but he's been working on it a lot lately, and things have gotten better. He cries at sad commercials. He cries at happy movies. He's a good listener. He can be stubborn and a bit self-involved when it comes to feelings (he's a Cancer sun and and a Pisces moon, you better believe he believes in astrology). He loves kids. He loves being outside.
Background: Max was a sensitive kid that had a hard time in school -- plenty of bullies, plenty of failed attempts at asking girls to dances -- and he thought it would always be this way. But when he started his nursing training he fell in with a group of amazing friends, mostly women, that he's still extremely close with. They play on mixed recreational sports teams, go on vacations together, and meet for brunch once a month. Now that Max has advanced certifications as a pediatric nurse, he's settled into his job at the Children's Hospital, and two years ago he moved into a studio: living without roommates for the first time. He's loved it, and he feels like he's grown a lot lately. Now he's doing what he loves, and he likes himself for it.
